10 things to do in Lockdown

1: Drink boxed wine. Save on recycling and the embarrassment of all the bottles that would fill your bin.

2: Find yourself free yoga online. I've been watching yoga with Adrienne, and her very chilled out dog. Also look out for your local yoga group on social media, as they will need the support. I've joined in with my friend Sarah's Sankalpa yoga.

3: Do a facemask, I haven't done this for a while. It really does give your face a glow.

4: Make a cake.

5: Get in touch with old pals. Call them rather than a message. It's good to talk!

6: Start plucking unwanted hair from your legs. It's quite satisfying, (or is that weird)?…

7: Go through old stuff. We found a camcorder, and ironically footage from when we were here 15 years ago. With a different pup and no children.

8: Do that nitty gritty cleaning that you normally wouldn't have time to do (not that I have).

9: Enjoy and relax with your family. You don't need to rush anywhere. This is a rare opportunity, so make the most of a shitty situation.

10: Have a lie-in.
